Jingle Demo Use Agreement
1.
ReelMusician.com agrees to provide jingles (exact number determined
by package purchased, agreed and understood by all parties before
onset of production), all original arrangements and writing of ReelMusician.com
2.
ReelMusician.com guarantees that all jingles will be of professional
quality and range of buyer.
3. Buyer agrees and approves
to all jingle submissions for final jingle demo reel prior to final
delivery.
4. Buyer agrees that ReelMusician.com will maintain
any writing credits, while final product use is the ownership of buyer
and may be distributed freely, to the extent that this jingle demo
compilation is limited to as a demo reel representing buyer's voice
and not to the actual jingles themselves.
5. While ReelMusician.com
will supply a professional sounding jingle reel, ReelMusician.com
does not guarantee session work of any kind and does not promise to
do so.
6. Produced jingles may not be represented as buyer's
original work and may not be used for business purposes other than
to gain employment as a jingle and session singer and may not be sold
to any third party.
7. Jingles being compiled, by ReelMusician.com, for
your jingle demo reel, may or may not be released and purchased by
other parties whether other singers, companies or any other entity
associated with ReelMusician.com
