With each session we take a close look at areas of strengths, progress made towards previous goals, and additional areas that need work and then develop a working plan.  Goals are plain to understand and are implemented on a weekly time table that is achievable by the individual.  These goals progress and continue to evolve as more and more progress is made.  With our goal structured coaching sessions, we believe that "luck" within the industry, comes to those who try hard and who have been working from a professional and attainable blueprint developed from who they are, what  they have to work with, and where they're going.

 

Each one hour session is divided up into segments with the first few minutes catching up.  After that we take a closer look at individualized warm up's and then proceed on to the heart of the session which again is tailored to each vocalist and re-evaluated after each session. We don't subscribe to any unbreakable pattern of practice, but  zoom in on what works for each individual with proven methods.  We spend the last few minutes emphasizing what went right, wrong and any direction changes that need to be made, with any additional questions being addressed.   And these changes are then charted.
